Meet Gregory Alexander
My main goal in the first few sessions is to learn more about the help you wish to receive. I provide short summaries about what I am hearing to make sure I am understanding you accurately. At the end of the first session, I provide a tentative treatment plan, which is modified as we continue. I work with clients from age 12 upward, and have over 23 years of experience in NYS assisting clients with depression, anger problems, anxiety, couple and family problems, and addictions. I also help individuals with habit-related problems, including smoking cessation and weight loss. At all times I attempt to be a gentle and responsive psychologist.
